Who we are
An Indian company built for long-running, serious software work.
WIPL was founded so the Wapoka group could run a stable, high-quality engineering function in India that it could trust without supervision. We built that team for ourselves first, then opened it to external customers.
We are deliberate about size. We hire senior engineers, designers and product folks. Decisions are documented. Reviews are written. The on-call rotation belongs to whoever shipped it. The output is calm operations and software that lasts.
