A short scoping call to understand the problem, followed by a written engagement proposal , scope, team, milestones, cost. For ODC engagements, we move into role definition and candidate identification within the first two weeks.
Yes , fully. Source code, intellectual property and customer data remain with you. We work in your repositories where possible, or hand over everything cleanly at engagement end.
Our standard hours are 09:30–18:30 IST. That gives strong overlap with European mornings and Middle East working days. Critical on-call coverage can extend further when needed.
Yes , on a monthly cadence. You can add roles, swap roles, pause or wind down without renegotiating the master contract. We retain the people across engagements.
All client-facing work is in English. Where engagements require it, we also operate in German for documentation and meetings with our parent company's customers.
